    Dear mr/mrs,

My name is Iris van Urk and I am a 22 year old student. Currently I live in Amsterdam, Holland, but I am going to Budapest to study from February 2013 until the end of June 2013. I saw on your website that you offer nice rooms for students. I am really interested in renting a room. I prefer a room in the city centre, with WIFI and a double bed. Tnx in advance.

    Kind regards,

    Iris van Urk
